Ted Cruz Teaches CNN the American History of Voter Fraud

Disclaimer: This is a biased article.I promoting our film ‘American History of Voter Fraud’. In addition Ted Cruz follows me and has been quite supportive of my content.

I’ve been waiting for this moment.

American History of Voter Fraud is a film that revolves around 3 allegedly stolen elections. 1876, 1960, and 2020.

You cannot discuss how 2020 was a stolen election without the history of 1876 and 1960.

Ted Cruz is the first conservative on TV who was able to lay out this history, since Peter Navarro. (Navarro covers 1960 quite well)

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins tried to present the question “In 2024 will you certify the election results?” as a binary question, as if it were a simple yes or no.

Ted Cruz began with 1876, if Kaitlan Collins didn’t interrupt Cruz every 15 seconds then he could have gone further with his explanation.

Rutheford Hayes v Samuel Tilden in the 1876 presidential election is covered in AHVF.

This rigged election led to the Electoral Count Act of 1887, providing us the ritual of certifying the election results on January 6th the following year of every presidential election.

The notion was to return the responsibility to the states rather than the parties, who would be more biased in the outcome. (Since 3 Southern States stopped counting in 1876 due to their preferred party losing)

If there is evidence of discrepancies large enough to change the outcome within a state, that evidence can be presented on January 6th. An alternate slate of electors can be offered, and either accepted or rejected based on analysis of the evidence.

January 6th, 1961 JFK presented an alternate slate of electors for the state of Hawaii. Hawaii was originally awarded to Nixon. This was Hawaii’s first presidential election.

Any Presidential election results with discrepancies (genuine errors or fraud) cannot be resolved before January 6th. The Hawaiian governor was aware of these discrepancies but did not have the authority to resolve the problem due to the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

Nixon not only was JFK’s opponent, but he was the Vice President at the time. (Eisenhower) Yes, Nixon was in the same position as Mike Pence. Nixon accepted the alternate slate of electors from his opponent JFK.

Kaitlan Collins’ question “In 2024 will you certify the election results?” is not a yes or no question, as any student of history will confirm.
