Bill Maher has finally come out and taken issue with the lawfare that the Democrats are committing against Trump.

His issue: The Democrats should have used the DOJ to persecute their top political opponent earlier.

“Well I’ve been moaning and railing about that on my show. I think the Democrats blew it as they always do with this kind of stuff. They’ve had four years. What was all the delay about? Of course they’re going to try and run out the clock, and they did!”

Destroying the fabric of our justice system to subvert Trump’s campaign wasn’t a problem for Maher. Maher’s issue was that the Democrats procrastinated stooping to depths we have never seen.

Wait, the media has been telling me that Joe Biden does not control his DOJ, and they’re acting independently.

Are you saying that the mainstream media could be… lying to me?

*Gasp*

The media will simultaneously argue that if Trump is elected he will use his DOJ to prosecute his political enemies, and that it would be impossible for Joe Biden to use his DOJ to prosecute his political enemies.

Which is it? Well, Trump has been in office for 4 years and has no record of prosecuting his political enemies. Meanwhile Biden has spent a large portion of his first term prosecuting his top political enemy.

Or as Maher would put it: “Biden should have spent all 4 years trying to ‘Lock him up!’”
